Strawberry Banana Smoothie:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup milk or almond milk
Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tsp honey or agave nectar
Mango Pineapple Smoothie:
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup coconut milk
Optional: 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
Blueberry Acai Smoothie:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen acai smoothie pack
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
Raspberry Peach Smoothie:
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup orange juice
Optional: 1 tsp honey or agave nectar
Green Smoothie:
1 cup frozen spinach or kale
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tsp honey or agave nectar
